The Site Business Analyst will develop and maintain reporting, analysis, and dashboards that provide actionable insights into ecommerce performance to drive sales and profitability of our site and mobile channels. This position will collaborate effectively with various cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, Merchandising, and Operations teams, to deliver the analytics needs and insights to enhance the customer experience and deliver continued growth. This position will report to the Manager, Site Analytics. Advanced Analytics Analyst

Individual Contributor responsible for campaign execution process for email marketing campaigns for Bath and Body Works, standard and ad-hoc data requests, and report development supporting CRM customer and campaign analysis. PPC/SEM MANAGER

The PPC/SEM Manager is responsible for implementing Pay Per Click media strategies for clients. The PPC Manager can quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns.

Paid Search Analyst

The Analyst, Marketing Paid Search is responsible for the Search Engine Marketing (SEM) activities for franchise owners, as well as responsible for planning, optimizing, implementing and analyzing paid search engine marketing activities.  This position is also responsible for the top-to-bottom management of PPC, both within Google and Yahoo Bing Network (YBN), as the business  continues to grow.

Part of a team of three that manages over 400 pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns with close to $6M in spend among 120 owners.

 

• Builds, launches, and optimizes PPC campaigns from the ground up.  Works with franchise owners to determine geo-targeted areas, daily budgets, services offered, and day and time that ads will run
• Manages multiple PPC campaigns within different business models.  Performs keyword analysis, ad copy testing, ad copy edits, and location analysis to find the most productive areas
• Analyzes KPI’s to determine where keyword bids need to be to be profitable, what ad copy needs edited to increase click-thru-ratings, which landing pages should be used on ad copy to increase conversion ratings, and where demographic targeting needs to be to be cost effective.  Reviews and presents findings to franchise owners
• Performs campaign cost analysis for new franchise owners and presents a proposed daily budget to new and potential owners
• Produces ad copy for all campaigns based on owners’ promotions and competitors
• Becomes a “product expert” within the industry.  Understands new developments, trends, and becomes certified in both Google and YBN
• Evaluates new SEM opportunities and presents ideas to the team in terms of what new pay-per-click initiatives could be tested, what other organic or social media marketing could support PPC campaigns, and what is new within digital marketing as a whole.
• Grows and optimizes keywords through comparative A/B testing with ad copy, bidding strategies, and negative keywords
