Analytics in Context: Designing and Delivering an Effective Project
Data availability and improved tools enable analytics teams to measure and interrogate almost anything, but the work is only useful if it is actually used by business decision makers. Designing a project appropriate for the context of use allows analytics work to become analytics impact.
In this presentation, Jen will walk through the strategies and tactics she employs when planning analytics projects to ensure that the result of her efforts will actually lead to business decisions, actions, and impact.
