Team Overview:

Marketing Science is focused primarily on Marketing Mix Modelling and Multi-touch attribution. Marketing Science teams manage data processing (primarily in SQL, R scripting, and Excel), data exploration and the statistical analysis of media data. Marketing Science team members handle client’s requests, work closely with internal cross-agency teams to support their needs, collect data from clients, clean and organize that data, and create statistical models, and build presentations highlighting key results, recommendations, and takeaways.

Position Overview:

As an Analyst on the Marketing Science team, you will be tasked with processing and modeling vast datasets into compelling and actionable insights. You will also build automated processes and front-end utilities to deliver these insights more effectively and more efficiently. You will work directly with other analysts and managers in Marketing Science, as well as client and agency teams, to communicate your findings and build strategies around them.

The Associate Lead, Data and Analytics is responsible for overseeing, developing digital marketing measurement and analytics programs for large national and international brands. The Senior Digital Analyst is a high visibility position on our client’s growing Customer Marketing and Web Analytics team. In this role, you will apply your analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate and determine the most effective ROI for marketing spend. This is a new position with opportunity for advancement as the team grows.

Hiring profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree – preferably in a quantitative area of study such as statistics, mathematics, finance or related
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing consumer data and web data using tools such as SAS, R and/or Advanced Excel
  • Familiarity with one or more web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Omniture, Site Catalyst and/or CoreMetrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and present insights to cross-functional teams
